Production and preparation Time

Handcrafted Production: Each product is carefully handmade, requiring up to one week for completion.

Custom Orders: For customized lighter orders, it may take us more time to process, but it will not exceed 10 days at most. However, we will complete it and ship it as soon as possible.

Delivery commitment: After your order is ready, we will check it first and ship it as soon as possible after confirming that there are no problems.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 (standard shipping method).

Express Service Available: If you’re in a hurry, select expedited service during checkout for an additional fee. We will prioritize your order for faster production and use a faster shipping company.

Expedited orders are given priority for both production and shipping.

Things to note

Each lighter purchased from our store comes with basic accessories, including flint, cotton wick, flint wheel, spring, etc., and is already installed on the lighter. If you need more high-quality accessories, please go to our Accessories area to buy!

Due to shipping restrictions, lighters do not include lighter fluid. You can purchase lighter fluid at local stores or through online platforms.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.

Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes. We will do our best to mark the package as a gift to reduce additional costs.
