Keep it working. Keep it simple.

Usage & Care

WEDO lighters are made for long-term use.
If something feels off during use, check the matching video below.

First Use & Refueling

Your lighter is ready to use after refueling.
Internal parts are already installed and matched — no need to replace anything at the start.

Fuel recommendation:
Zippo or ZORRO lighter fuel is recommended for stable ignition and long-term use.

If the lighter flame becomes smaller, here's the correct way to fix it.

Flame Is Very Small

If the flame becomes smaller,
it’s usually related to the exposed wick length or how the cotton is packed inside.

A simple adjustment is often enough.
Watch the video for the correct method.

When a lighter is not easy to light, do this

Doesn’t Light Easily

If ignition becomes inconsistent,
first check whether the flint wheel teeth are worn.

If the wheel is fine,
the flint is likely running low and needs to be replaced.

How to operate when the bolt is easily jammed.

Bolt Feels Stiff

This usually happens when the insert isn’t assembled properly,
such as an exposed sealing ring or a misaligned bottom spring.

Reinstalling it correctly will restore smooth operation.

The degree of heat generated by a lighter when it is continuously ignited for one minute.

Heat Test

After continuous ignition for about one minute,
the body will heat up — this is normal for metal.

Under normal use, it won’t become too hot to hold.

If your lighter works normally, you don’t need to do anything.
If something feels off, watch the videos above.
