All WEDO products are handcrafted to order and shipped internationally from our studio.
We aim to keep shipping clear, fair, and transparent, while maintaining the integrity of handmade production.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm availability.

Processing Time

All items are made after an order is placed.
Our standard production and handling time is 3–10 business days, depending on the product type and customization requirements.

During peak seasons or for complex custom orders, processing time may be slightly extended.

Shipping Fees

Orders over USD $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order value.

We also offer optional expedited service, which includes priority production and faster domestic dispatch to the shipping carrier.
Expedited options and pricing will be shown at checkout when available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated after dispatch, not including processing time.
International shipments may be affected by local customs clearance, carrier handling, or temporary policy changes in the destination country.

Please note that international shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Customs & Taxes

Order prices include applicable product taxes where required.
In some countries or regions, local customs authorities may impose additional duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival.

These charges are determined by local governments and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to control or predict these fees.

Fuel Notice

Due to international shipping regulations, lighter fuel is not included with any order.
Fuel can be easily purchased at local stores or online retailers in your country.

Delays & Lost Shipments

International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections, policy changes, or regional disruptions beyond our control.

If an order has not been delivered within 45 days from the shipping date, it will be considered lost.
In such cases, we will remake and resend the item at no additional cost.

Please note that refunds are not offered for lost or delayed shipments.
As each item is made to order, replacement is the sole resolution for shipping loss.

Important Notice

Once an order has been shipped, delivery speed and customs clearance are managed by local carriers and authorities.
While we actively assist with tracking and follow-ups, we cannot influence customs processing times or local regulations.
