Because our products are lighters, many regular couriers refuse to handle them due to safety policies, so we’ve had to use slower special shipping lines — which actually cost more but take longer. That said, we’re actively testing new options and as soon as we find one that’s both fast and accepts our items, we’ll switch right away.
