Handmade Craft Notice
Each of our lighters is made to order, handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. While the decorative craftsmanship enhances their beauty, we also ensure their precision and practicality. Every lighter is fully assembled and rigorously tested before shipping—if any defect is found, we discard and remake it. Because of this dedication to quality, our products consistently exceed customers' expectations.
Please Note
Since each lighter is crafted only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or refunds without a valid reason. This policy exists for two key reasons:
- Freshly Crafted for You – Every lighter is newly made upon ordering to ensure you receive a fresh, unused product. Since brass naturally oxidizes over time, we want to guarantee that you receive the best version, not a returned item from someone else.
- High International Shipping Costs – Due to the expensive nature of international shipping, accepting returns would significantly increase costs and delays.
If you are highly particular about minor handmade marks, please order with caution. However, if your lighter arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
International shipping timelines can occasionally be affected by customs inspections, local regulations, or regional disruptions beyond our control.
If a shipment experiences an unusual delay or has not been delivered within 45 days after dispatch, it will be considered lost in transit. In such cases, we will arrange a full remake and reshipment of your order at no additional cost.
Please note that replacement is the resolution provided for lost shipments, and refunds are not issued for delays or losses caused during international transit. This policy allows us to ensure every customer ultimately receives the handcrafted piece they ordered, while keeping custom production fair and sustainable.
We appreciate your understanding that international logistics conditions vary by country and are not something we are able to influence once a parcel has entered transit.

We truly appreciate your support, and to show our gratitude, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our lighters. No matter what happens or why your lighter stops working, we’ll do everything we can to get it back in action and keep it performing at its best.
