Our lighters are handmade and made to order. After receiving your order, each piece is carefully prepared and usually made and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Each lighter comes with basic accessories, including flint, cotton wick, flint wheel, spring, and other installed components. Due to shipping restrictions, lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. You can purchase lighter fluid locally or through online platforms.
Every WEDO lighter is covered by our warranty. If your item arrives damaged, has a verified manufacturing defect, or there is an issue caused by our side, please contact us and we will help resolve the problem.
Because each piece is individually made for the customer, returns for personal preference or change-of-mind situations may not be accepted.

I've bought a lot of products on line and dealt with a lot of customer service personal. I can say this was the quickest,most accommodating company I've ever dealt with. I made some mistakes on the engraving I wanted on the lighters I ordered. I sent an email and recieved a quick reply. They were very quick to assure me there would be no problem correcting my mistakes. I was extremely impressed with their helpfulness with this. I am also very happy with their products. They are even better than expected ,the pictures don't do them justice.

The lighter is incredible, very well done, and I appreciate all the extra parts to keep it running. I guess if I have a singular beef, it would be the packaging, but that’s not the important part. My personal opinion is that it looks a little cheesy, but overall, I’m extremely satisfied.
