Our lighters are handmade and made to order. After receiving your order, each piece is carefully prepared and usually made and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Each lighter comes with basic accessories, including flint, cotton wick, flint wheel, spring, and other installed components. Due to shipping restrictions, lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. You can purchase lighter fluid locally or through online platforms.
Every WEDO lighter is covered by our warranty. If your item arrives damaged, has a verified manufacturing defect, or there is an issue caused by our side, please contact us and we will help resolve the problem.
Because each piece is individually made for the customer, returns for personal preference or change-of-mind situations may not be accepted.
