Can I engrave my own artwork or logo?
You can submit original artwork, approved logos, or simple symbols for review. We do not copy protected logos, characters, or licensed designs without permission.
Can you engrave a photo?
Some simple, high-contrast images may work, but complex photos usually need to be simplified into clear line art before engraving.
Do all WEDO designs support customization?
No. This Custom collection includes WEDO designs selected for engraving. Some pre-engraved designs in other collections may be ordered as shown or may have limited personalization options.
Do you send a preview before engraving?
We review the engraving details before making the piece. If the artwork is unclear or too detailed, we may ask for a cleaner file or a simplified line-art version.
