As a small independent studio, we focus on transparent policies, realistic timelines, and reliable tracking — so you know exactly what to expect.
Because every WEDO lighter is made to order and shipped internationally, delivery time depends on production, destination, and local customs handling.
Where we ship
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
If your country is not available at checkout, it usually means shipping services are temporarily unavailable or restricted for that destination. In this case, please contact us before placing an order and we’ll confirm whether delivery is possible.
Shipping fees
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over USD $50.
For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel type. Optional expedited service is available, which includes priority production and priority domestic delivery to our logistics carrier. Expedited service reduces processing and handover time, but does not bypass customs procedures in the destination country.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary by country and region and are estimated after dispatch, counted in calendar days. Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, but international shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs inspections or local courier handling. Tracking is provided for all orders so you can follow the shipment once it leaves our workshop.
Please note that delivery speed after dispatch is determined by local logistics systems and customs authorities, which are outside our control.
Processing time
All WEDO products are made after an order is placed.
Our standard production and handling time is 3–10 business days, which includes engraving, surface treatment, inspection, and packaging. Orders with custom engraving or special finishes may take slightly longer depending on complexity. Choosing expedited service prioritizes production and domestic handover, but does not affect customs processing time.
Customs & taxes
Product prices already include applicable export taxes, and in most cases orders are delivered directly to your door. However, some countries or regions may require additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on local regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient if requested.
International shipments may occasionally be held by customs for inspection, especially during periods of regulatory change or regional disruption. While we actively monitor shipments and provide tracking support, customs processing speed and decisions are not something we can influence. Delays caused by customs are not related to our production or shipping partners, and we appreciate your understanding.
