Themes and pre-designed series are meant to guide you into a direction.
Many customers find that once they browse existing engravings,
their own ideas become much clearer — including what can or cannot be done.
What’s the difference between a custom piece and a standard one?
Custom pieces are built on the same materials, structure, and craftsmanship
as our standard products.
Customization adds personal content within an existing engraving language,
rather than redesigning the product itself.
Do I need to prepare an image or design in advance?
Not necessarily.
You may upload your own images or text,
or simply reference an existing example from our website or social media.
A screenshot with a short note — such as
“same engraving, different text” — is usually enough for us to understand your request.
How is custom pricing calculated?
Custom pricing is displayed directly on the product page.
It is calculated based on the selected material finish and engraving method,
with customization added on top of the base product.
What if I’m unsure about the final result?
If your customization feels complex,
or you’d like reassurance before production begins,
you may choose Email Design Confirmation on the product page.
This allows you to review the engraving layout before we proceed.
How long does custom production take? Can it be expedited?
Customization is not completed instantly.
If your order is time-sensitive,
you may select expedited production and delivery on the product page.
